Cigar Stock & Supply
We wanted to briefly touch on the state of cigar stock and supplies. As most of you are probably already aware of, global stock supply has been affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic in two ways:
- Global demand for authentic Cuban cigars has increased substantially
- Due to lockdowns, shipping and other issues, there has been a drop in supply from Cuba
The two issues above compounded have created a situation where product (especially of the rarer variety) is limited and when we do receive it is generally in smaller amounts than we have requested or would want. We expect this stock pressure to continue on some level until early in the New Year.
We will be receiving and adding new stock shortly and would recommend using the waitlist facility available on each product, especially if there is anything you particularly want.
We would also say that this may be a good time to try something new perhaps, that you haven’t tried before? If you need any recommendations, our GM, Orlens, would be more than willing to help you, either by email or with a phone call, if you prefer.
We do very much appreciate your patience and your loyalty and expect a return to normal supply and availability relatively soon.
